Paradise Residential, has been in Business since 1984. My background as the contractor goes back to 1977, when I worked for Bay homes in Brandon Florida. After a number of years with Bay homes I went to work for the Criterion  home corp.,  than for Pulte homes. The last company I worked for was M&B development, owned by Doug Belden. It was Doug that convinced me to brake away and start my own business, but  it was the President of Pulte homes that signed for me to get my first license in 1984.
